Imaging Services, Inc. was founded by Dean Janes on October 29, 1993 in servicing of the machines, but it was soon realized that the better option for the Company and clients as well, was to provide proprietary medical imaging products. So on August 20, 2002, the Company changed its name from Imaging Services, Inc. to Imaging3, Inc.
